Artwork Specifications

GEARS is printed web offset, computer to plate.

PRINTING METHOD:
Recommended 133 lpi
Maximum Accepted 150 lpi.

Digital files are required. Film is not acceptable.

DIGITAL FILE FORMATS:
Postscript/PDF Postscript and PDF files can be generated from almost any desktop application on Mac or PC platforms. Make sure your Acrobat Distiller is set for high resolution output (300ppi) and in your Distiller Job Options, select "Press". Remember to embed all fonts.

ACCEPTED, BUT NOT PREFERRED DIGITAL FORMATS:
Mac Applications: QuarkXpress 4.0, InDesign CS2, Illustrator and Photoshop. Include all fonts and all images.

MEDIA: CD-ROM, DVD or Iomega 100/250 MB Zip.
