Golden Rule Warranty - Work Flow Chart

Payment should be made by credit card, certified check, or bank draft within five business days of delivering the vehicle.  The repairing shop warranties the repair for 30 days.  After 30 days the warranty reverts back to the original shop.  If you're uncertain about any of the procedures of the Golden Rule Warranty Program please call ATRA at (805) 604-2000.

NOTE:  The original shop has 24 hours to authorize repairs.  If no authorization is received within the allotted timeframe, call ATRA at (805) 604-2000.
