The series of Management and Technical seminars presented this weekend are targeted toward today’s customers. The ongoing ATRA What’s working study of successful shops and customer expectations have guided the content of these programs to help you reach new customers and develop more referrals by getting your customer’s cars fixed on time and on budget.
